Admission is open without any distinction to classes I to IX and XI at S.S. Academy, Ami. The School aspires to produce students who are excellent in academics as well as social and ethical values, skills and attitudes to contribute positively to the society.

Admission to various classes starts at the beginning of the academic session in February/March every year. Admission tests are held in February/March followed by interview and selected students are admitted with the notification to attend the class from the beginning of the new session.

A. Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:

• School leaving/transfer certificate and previous year's Report Card (without this no student from Class II onwards will be admitted).
• Medical Certificate in the given format.
• Birth Certificate, in original, to be brought for verification only.
• Recent passport size colour photograph of the candidate and both parents.
• Admission will be cancelled if any variance is found between the particulars filled in the Registration Form and the documents submitted for admission.
• Copy of Aadhar Card of the candidate

B. General Rules

• Payment of admission fee to be made only through Crossed Cheque/ Demand Draft & Cash.
• The amount deposited towards registration and admission for a particular year is neither refundable nor transferable to any other year.
• In case, for any reason, a student after taking admission in the school wishes to withdraw, admission fee deposited will not be refunded.
